If you are looking for a stock saddle for South African conditions, do not hesitate to choose any of our saddles with a Ralide tree. These saddle trees carry a 5 year warranty. Leather can be repaired or changed but if a tree is gone, the saddle is usually not worth while repairing unless the exact same tree can be replaced – which, in the case of Ralide, is still possible. A broken tree is also the cause of most back injuries to working horses, combined with ill fitting saddles.
