1. What are the payment methods that you accept?

Credit card: You can pay for your purchases with your credit card using the Payfast payment gateway. This is a secure and convenient way to pay online, and your credit card details will be protected by Payfast's encryption technology.

Instant EFT: Instant EFT is a fast and convenient way to pay for your purchases online. You can use your internet banking credentials to make an instant payment, and your funds will be credited to our account immediately.

Masterpass: Masterpass is a digital wallet that allows you to make online payments with your Mastercard. This is a secure and convenient way to pay online, and your Mastercard details will be protected by Masterpass's encryption technology.

Regular EFT: You can also pay for your purchases by making a regular bank EFT. This is a slower method of payment as we need a day or so to receive the payment, but it is still a secure way to pay online and the preferred method for many people.

2. What is your shipping policy?

Shipping rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can calculate shipping rates for your order at checkout.

Shipping methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including economy shipping, overnight shipping, and next day shipping. The shipping method available varies based on your location and the delivery time is measured when the item is collected at our store and not when the order is placed. 

Shipping time: Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Economy shipping typically takes 1-5 business days.

Tracking information: You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been shipped. You can track your order online by visiting our website or by contacting our customer service department.

3. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are shipped daily between 9 - 11 am: This means that if you place an order before 9am, it will be packed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 9am will be packed and shipped the following business day.

Additional fees may apply for shipping: This means that the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

The option to collect your order in-store: This means that you can choose to pick up your order in-store instead of having it shipped to you. This is a convenient option if you are located near one of our stores.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we have a 10 day return policy. The item must be returned in original condition (the item can only have been fitted, if it has been ridden with, worn or damaged then the return policy is void)

5. If I bought something on sale can I exchange or return it?

Sale items can only be exchanged for another size, if we have stock. Sale items are not refundable.

6. How do I track my order?

I. Log into our website: You can log into our website using the same email address and password that you used to place your order.

II. Visit the Order History page: The Order History page is located at trailsaddles.co.za/shop4/account/order-history.

III. Click on the relevant order: Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your orders. Click on the order that you want to track.

IV. View the details: The details of your order will be displayed on this page. The tracking number will be shown under the "Shipping" section.

8. What are your hours of operation?

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:00 

We are not open on weekends or public holidays.

9. Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store at 216 Propshaft rd, Samcor Park, 0184 Pretoria

This is a showroom where you are more than welcome to view, fit and purchase items.

10. Do you offer a guarantee on your saddles?

Yes, we offer a 6 month guarantee on the saddle tree. There is no guarantee on leather or wear parts
